数学与统计学院王军民教授在时滞波动系统领域取得重要研究成果

  时滞偏微分系统的稳定性分析是分布参数系统领域中极具挑战性的研究课题。由于偏微分系统对时滞参数具有非鲁棒性,并且时滞系统本身固有非耗散性,这些为时滞偏微分系统的研究带来极大的困难。因此如何确定偏微分系统的反馈增益和时滞参数使得偏微分系统具有指数稳定性成为分布参数系统的研究难点和热点问题。

     最近,数学与统计学院王军民教授与其合作者在此方面取得重大研究进展,对于时滞波动系统,给出了当时滞长度是波速的偶数倍数时,时滞波动系统是指数稳定的充分必要条件是系统的反馈增益属于一个有效开区间,并且该区间可以由给定多项式的零点来精确表达,进一步证明了当时滞长度趋向于无穷大,系统反馈增益的有效开区间将收缩到零。文章发表在国际分布参数系统的权威杂志《SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization,2011,49:517-554》上,全文长达38页。
